If you’ve just bought a brand-new car you may think it’s safer to take it back to the main agent for servicing, in fact sometimes they may even imply that’s your only option. But it’s not. The bottom line is that we are much more competitively priced than main-agents, and we believe our service is equally good (and many of our customers tell us that it’s quite considerably better).
Your warranty will not be affected by taking your car to an independent garage like Coles for servicing by mechanics you can trust. You have our promise that we will never undertake unnecessary work on your car and we will always make sure that you know what the job will cost, before we even pick up a spanner. And if we find more problems? We’ll be straight on the phone to ask what you’d like to do next. It saves a whole lot of surprises.
At Coles we charge reasonable prices and we always offer you the option of non-branded parts. We’ll also let you know how long we think your parts will last, we don’t just automatically replace them, we give you trusted advice and let you make a decision.
