It’s not very often these days that you can expect or indeed receive great customer service. Coles Automotive prove the exception to the rule. I found a car advertised on autotrader being offered for sale by Coles. I contacted them at 8.30 on Thursday 29th August and spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and informative. I later spoke again with Martin who I understand to be a sales executive at which point we agreed terms and payment method. The only problem for me was collecting the vehicle a 3 hour drive away from where I live. Martin offered to personally deliver the vehicle for me the same day. Good to his word I am now the proud owner of a pristine C Class Mercedes. All this achieved within one working day. A massive shout out to Alex and Martin. Thank you so much for your friendly professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coles Automotive to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle anytime in the future.

Hi I have used Coles for over 30 years and they have been very helpful with car repairs servicing, advice and coming out to get me once when the RAC were gone take an age to tow me back :) Very friendly company, I have now got my son using them ;)
