It’s not very often these days that you can expect or indeed receive great customer service. Coles Automotive prove the exception to the rule. I found a car advertised on autotrader being offered for sale by Coles. I contacted them at 8.30 on Thursday 29th August and spoke with Alex who was extremely helpful and informative. I later spoke again with Martin who I understand to be a sales executive at which point we agreed terms and payment method. The only problem for me was collecting the vehicle a 3 hour drive away from where I live. Martin offered to personally deliver the vehicle for me the same day. Good to his word I am now the proud owner of a pristine C Class Mercedes. All this achieved within one working day. A massive shout out to Alex and Martin. Thank you so much for your friendly professionalism. I would have no hesitation in recommending Coles Automotive to anyone thinking of buying a vehicle anytime in the future.
